Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders. Delivery on the majority of hammocks is next day if ordered before 1PM and certain areas require an extra delivery charge.  Please note while we endeavour to have next day delivery across our range, on occasion due to certain circumstances we may not be able fulfil all orders the next day(particularly the case in high season). 

Where will Lazy Hammocks deliver goods?

Currently, we only deliver to addresses in the UK.

What delivery method does Lazy Hammocks use?

For UK orders we use APC. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland. All products are tracked free of charge.

Change of address after dispatch

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed. 

For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

Please Note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses

Missing or damaged parcels

Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, Lazy Hammocks cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

We deliver to most areas of the UK for free but there are some areas that we don't so there will be a small surcharge.
